Sarah Steele

Biography
Sarah Steele is a lead program manager and producer on Google's VR/AR team focused on empowering creators in the immersive media space. She has founded numerous programs, including the Jump Start camera loan program, the VR Creator Lab, and Daydream Impact, a social impact program designed to enable activists to leverage VR for advocacy. Prior to this, Steele worked on launching some of the world's largest VR campaigns, including the New York Times’s Cardboard distribution, which launched in November 2015. 

Steele grew up between Switzerland and New Mexico and is an avid rock climber, constantly looking to bring work closer to her passions.
