How to Walk and Look and See and Not See

Much of the time I am walking. Small journeys. The goal is to have an empty brain, to look at things and absorb them. From this comes great peace of mind, followed by a flood of ideas and memories.

In our gathering, we will talk about all this and try to remember small or large journeys and document them quickly and simply in a notebook with text and drawing. No skill necessary of any kind—just being able to breathe and look.
